Consultations with a psychologist take place in the form of a confidential conversation or a question-and-answer format. You can seek consultation on a one-time basis or as desired or needed. You share with the psychologist what brought you here, and the psychologist provides information for reflection, shares knowledge, and the client decides for themselves, and only themselves, how to act and how to live. There is no imposition or judgment! Difficulties exist for everyone to some extent, and for most people, it is challenging to seek support. Imposed, false beliefs that you should handle everything on your own, that those who go to a psychologist are “mentally ill,” or that seeking a psychologist’s help is a waste of money, leave a person alone with their problems, fears, pain, despair, and other emotions. Difficulties in family, with children, parents, at work, depression, loss of meaning, emotional burnout, and much more can be alleviated by timely turning to a psychologist.

Psychotherapy differs somewhat from counseling. It involves an oral contract, designed for a certain number of sessions that take place at a set time. If the client adheres to the contract, they learn to consciously understand how they create certain situations in their life. Their life becomes more conscious and multifaceted, they better understand their needs and the needs of others, they learn to obtain in life what they truly desire and avoid what they don’t want. The quality of life unquestionably changes!
